Spread Some Holiday Cheer

CARE is spreading Holiday Cheer this year! We are checking all the names on our nice list this Holiday Season and granting up to 200 people a complimentary Trap-Neuter-Return surgery appointment at our partner Central Florida Community Pet Clinic in DeBary, Florida. How it works: Enter your name below and the information for the person you'd like to send some Holiday Cheer to. We will then mail them a voucher to use for (1) Trap-Neuter-Return surgery at Central Florida Community Pet Clinic. Voucher value is $45.

Limit of (1) voucher per recipient. Limit of (5) submissions per person. Submissions must be received before December 1, 2021. Giveaway ends when 200 valid submissions are received or at 2359 on December 1, 2021 - whichever occurs first.

You may live anywhere to nominate someone. The recipient may also live anywhere (no County restrictions) but we just ask to make sure they would use the voucher at our partner clinic in DeBary.

If the person you are nominating has already received a nomination, we will reach out via email to have you submit another.

Any person attempting to submit fraudulent entries will forfeit all entries. Vouchers hold no cash value. Additional fees may be charged at the clinic above the $45 voucher value.
